Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 4 of delivery and provide photos of the damage. Photos and details can be emailed to info@wholesalehomeinteriors.com. We will review claims on a case-by-case basis. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may void any resolution.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer.
